You have the right to return all or part of the order within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it.
A necessary condition for the return of the product is that it is in its original condition, in its original packaging and does not bear internal or external damage.

- For a change in a product, the first return is free, while for each subsequent change you are charged the shipping costs.
- Change due to product defect or design error. When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts or parts of them.
However, in case you receive a problematic product or the product is not the one you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely FREE.
In case you choose to have a new product sent to you for replacement, you can contact our store to place a new order. You return the product with Geniki Taxydromiki,
at our expense and as soon as we receive your parcel, your change will be sent.
* Please, for returns, use company Geniki Taxydromiki and not some other courier company, because in this case you will be charged with the shipping costs.
CYPRUS
In case you choose to have a new product sent to you for replacement, you can contact our store to place a new order. You return the product with Geniki Taxydromiki,
at our expense and as soon as we receive your parcel, your change is sent with the charge of 7€.
Visit one of the stores of Geniki Taxydromiki in your area or you can call Geniki Taxydromiki and ask them to come and pick up the parcel from your place, without any additional charge.

REFUND
You have the right to return the product you received and we will refund your money within 15 days.
The deposit is made in the bank account indicated by the customer and only the value of the product is returned, without the shipping costs.
